The evaporated milk must definitely be well chilled. (Keep one in the fridge all the time).<br />This cake is also great made in a rectangular tupperware container. Don't need to bake the base. Put the topping on and then freeze. All you need to do is slice it and then remove as many slices as you need and leave the rest in the freezer for another time.Only takes minutes to defrost each serve, and even tastes nice frozen!!Granny Gwennoreply@blogger.com
