Ingredients
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Method
Mix cocoa, coconut, oil and maple syrup in a small bowl until well combine.
Spoon into a 12-hole silicone mini muffin pan.
Top with cranberries and almonds. Refrigerate until firm.
Pop out of pan and serve.
