Healthy Ice Creams

I love this healthy alternative to a tub of ice-cream and the kids do too!  I've been meaning to post it for ages and realised I better do it before winter hits!  It's the perfect way to use up fruit that might just be nearing its use-by date - or any fruit that you've popped in the freezer for the same reason.  You can scoop it straight into bowls or ice cream cones (as above), or into ice block moulds ready for later :-)

Experiment with a few fruit combinations - you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (approx) - I love using banana & mango
1/2 cup natural low-fat yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
honey (optional)

Method
Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor.  Pour into ice block moulds.  Freeze overnight.
